Northern Room’s Only Seconds EP was, indeed, a most challenging project… and that is a good thing. The band pushed me to new levels, we all learned a ton, and I think the consensus is it’s the best work any of us had done to date. Big ups to the incomparable Aaron Shannon (standing in the middle of the photo above) for recording the We’re On Fire sessions at Burst HQ… he’s been working with the band since their fantastic debut, Last Embrace.
